Getting Started

Is this community suitable for complete beginners?

Absolutely. We've designed our community and education library with beginners in mind. You don't need any prior trading experience to join. Our beginner guides start from the very basics — what trading is, how markets work, and how to set up your first platform. Many of our most successful members started with zero knowledge.

What markets do you trade?

We primarily focus on forex (currency pairs), indices (such as US30, NASDAQ, and FTSE 100), and commodities (such as gold and oil). Our strategies and education are applicable across all of these instruments.

What platforms do you use?

We use and teach on MetaTrader 4 (MT4), MetaTrader 5 (MT5), and TradingView. All three platforms have free versions available. We provide setup guides for each inside the community.

How much time do I need to commit?

This depends on your trading style and goals. As a minimum, we recommend:

• Beginners: 1–2 hours per day for learning and chart study
• Active traders: 2–4 hours per day during key market sessions
• Swing traders: 30–60 minutes per day for analysis and trade management

Our community is designed to fit around your lifestyle. You don't need to be glued to a screen all day.

Membership

What's the difference between Free and Premium membership?

Free members get access to selected community channels and basic educational content. Premium members get full access to everything — live trading sessions, the complete education library, trade alerts, monthly recaps, and priority support. See our Membership page for a full comparison.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Premium at any time. If you're on an Annual plan and wish to downgrade, this will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Is there a free trial for Premium?

We offer a free tier with no time limit so you can explore the community before committing to Premium. This gives you a genuine feel for the culture and content before upgrading.

Payments & Refunds

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 7-day refund policy for new Premium members. If you join and feel the community isn't right for you within the first 7 days, contact us and we'll process a full refund — no questions asked. After 7 days, refunds are not available for the current billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal. All payments are processed securely.

Will my membership auto-renew?

Yes. Monthly and Annual memberships auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your account settings and your access will continue until the end of the period you've paid for.

Community & Support

Where does the community take place?

Our community is hosted on Discord (primary hub) and Telegram (for alerts and quick updates). Once you join, you'll receive an invitation link to both platforms.

How do I get support if I have a problem?

You can reach us via our Contact page, by emailing us directly, or by posting in the dedicated support channel inside our Discord. We aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours during business days.

Are the live sessions recorded?

Yes. All live trading sessions are recorded and made available to Premium members for replay. This means you never miss a session, even if you can't attend live.

Can you guarantee I'll make money?

No — and anyone who does is not being honest with you. Trading involves significant risk and there are no guarantees of profit. Our goal is to give you the best possible education and support, but your results will depend on your own discipline, effort, and market conditions.

Is trading right for me?

Trading is not suitable for everyone. Before committing real capital, we strongly recommend starting on a demo account, completing our beginner education, and ensuring you fully understand the risks involved. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
